We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.
4. Licenses and services are governed by separate agreements
Nothing on the site gives you a right to any data, dataset, environment or service. Licensing data, providing data, joining the Partner Program and using any refine8 product all require a separate written agreement with us, such as a data license agreement, a data provider agreement, a partner agreement or a non-disclosure agreement.
If one of those agreements conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for the matters it covers.
5. Our intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, design, code, the refine8 name, the pixel 8 logo and the refine8 Certified mark, belong to refine8 or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. - interfere with the site's operation, including by sending malware, spam or excessive requests;
- submit false or misleading information, or impersonate another person or organization;
- use the site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights.

7. Information you send us
When you use our contact form, partner application or email, you agree to give accurate information and to have the right to share it.
- Do not send confidential information, personal information about others, or sample data through the site. Website forms are not a secure channel for that. If a discussion needs it, we will arrange a secure channel and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement.
- No confidentiality without an agreement. Unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement with you, we have no obligation to keep the contents of your messages confidential, although we treat them with care and handle personal information as described in our privacy notice.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions about our products, we may use them without any obligation to you.

11. Limitation of liability
